Franklin Towing & Roadside (“we”) runs this website as a referral service. We connect people who need towing or roadside help with an independent local towing provider. We don’t tow or service vehicles ourselves.

- Call details: calls to our phone number go through a call-tracking service. It records the caller’s number, the time and length of the call, and may record the call itself for quality and billing purposes.

- To connect you with a towing provider and pass on the details they need to help you.
- To check that calls and requests were handled.
